What we collect
When you contact the atelier by email or any web form, we collect the name, email address and any information you share with us in order to respond to your enquiry and carry out any commission you instruct us to undertake.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes minimal, aggregated traffic information to keep the website running and protect it from abuse. This site does not currently use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of (a) your explicit consent when you contact us, (b) the performance of any contract you enter into with us, and (c) our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We retain enquiry data for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where a commission is undertaken, for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email ian@atelierbarnard.com.
